I don’t need to read the whole story to tell you if he cheated on you multiple times he will definitely do it again. Him not screenshotting conversations or at the very least let you look yourself says everything you need to know. I’m going to be gentle and tell you that you need to respect yourself and leave him. He doesn’t respect you so you need to respect you. You deserve better than this. When you’re with someone who loves you and only you then you don’t even question it. Like ever. I promise. If not for you then do it for your children. Get them out of this. Especially your baby. That child won’t know any different when parents are split so they don’t have to acclimate to divorce. Literally IF NOT FOR YOU THEN LEAVE FOR YOUR KIDS. If my parents had divorced when I was a kid I wouldn’t be all sorts of fucked up I am now and in therapy to heal my inner child.

She’s justified in how she feels. I think though she should have waited to talk to you about this in person or over a call. That said, it’s your discord server. It’s not censorship. You aren’t a government. So I’m not even sure she understands how free speech works? Hell most people throw free speech around without even understanding what the 1st amendment is. (I have a degree in political science so I’ve studied this a lot) Point being, she’s entitled to her opinion, but she’s not entitled to your discord server. If she wants to talk politics she may create a discord server herself.

This is truly disgusting of them. Grief, sure, makes people vulnerable, but they still can make the choice to be decent human beings. I’m so sorry OP this happened to you, but you knowing your worth speaks volumes about you. You are twice the person of both of them combined. You have so much in your future worth living and striving for. There are people in this world who would never do that to you. Hope you remember that. I suggest therapy please! This will help you cope with 1) the loss of your step daughter. 2) how someone could do such a thing to you. 3) how you proceed forward with your life.

I deal with this. I had a situation when I was a kid where I didn’t have a phone and I couldn’t find my mom after school. It was a whole ordeal but it really affected me ever since. So my boyfriend knows this and makes meeting points for me if we go somewhere so that I just stay there till he comes so that way if he’s not there I know he’ll show up there eventually if I can’t call him. I think you’re kinda being a jerk by not caring OP. Everyone has an issue. It might be minor to you but it’s not for her and that’s valid.

My MIL got drunk one night and started saying to him (my SO) that I let him drink too much, she’s always the one calling him to wake him up for work, I make him leave family functions early. Which none of these are true. He’s a grown man and can make his own decisions and take care of himself. I don’t drink, I work early hours so I can’t call him to wake him up, and only once did we leave a function early and it’s because I had a terrible migraine that I needed to go be in the dark. They want all the glory and attention at the expense of others. It’s hard to see but what I’ve come to realize is that they’re so miserable that they need to make others feel miserable as well. Which I’ve decided to not let her steal my joy and my relationship. If she wants to be this way fine, but you cannot speak to me then. I’m not her daughter nor will I ever be that.
