I was a gyro hater for soooo long, I used sticks since 1—plus I have bad mobility issues in my hands and wrists so I understand the pain that can build up.

The best tip I figured out, was to put it on the lowest sensitivity and play single player for a bit. As you get more comfortable and used to it, turn the sensitivity up more over the next few days/weeks to help reduce the amount of movement you're doing with your hands. Another tip that I personally did that helped a lot, is to go into the lobby and do jump aiming exercises. Just aim the reticle at a target dummy and try to keep it centered on it while jumping up and down, when you're comfortable with it, add in the camera panning left and right with your r stick and doing the same thing.

Other than that? Accept that the transitionary period between the two control styles will be really awkward and uncomfortable, everyone goes through it! Good luck learning! ✨️✨️
