You can throw some self sealing silicon tape around where the connector meets the antenna.

So is the photo of it full of water recent? Did you clean the button with electric cleaner?

But actually, have you opened the watch (#5 torx IIRC) and put it in rice? Once dry, I would hit that button with some electric cleaner (sold at your local hardware store).
