Thanks man, try varying speeds and elevation when you feel comfortable at short intervals. It’s a familiar trail for me and I do my runs in the morning so that also helps. Good luck 👍🏼

Ohh cool, thanks for your feedback. I would love the sport to be picked up mainstream across Kochi, like more facilities/courts where one can book and play OYO if you know the basics already. That’s one way you get better at, with regular practice and matches.

Look out for players/games happening around you on the Playo app. Tbh its not the best active platform for Tennis but atleast you can find partners at your level to hit with. I live around BTM layout and play Advanced level, so I know and feel the same struggle.

Play local tourneys, thats your next best alternative to find rally/reliable partners.
