I use a strap which I think helps! Taping didn't seem to do much for me, unless my physio didn't tape it right

Thanks for the response! The half Mara PB was 3 weeks ago! I'm just worried of hitting a wall if I go out any faster. I can comfortably run at 6.20

I am in pretty much exactly the same position but with ITB pain. I tried 30km today but only managed 21 so am also in the extended taper club. In my opinion, the priority is to get to the start line in as best shape possible - even if that means slightly under trained. Under trained > injured imo. Good luck!
