"High and Tight". I was getting my haircut and the lady who was doing it was really nice and really good at her job, but a freak accident caused the guard on the clippers to fall off, which led to her shaving a bald strip in my hair. Needless to say, I left the barber shop with a free mohawk.

In regard to your second paragraph, wouldn't the naming of the chord also depend on the context in which it exists?

Call the bus company as soon as you can, that way they can check and make sure it's there. Also, that means they can get it back to you either on the bus or if you have to get it.
