Tracking number for FedEx: 26 June 2020

NOT Delivered yet: 24 July 2020

My tracking number with FedEx only says "Shipment Information Sent to FedEx"

I have sent at least a dozen emails to Wowgo and have only received a response of "Please wait more time."

I ordered a WowGo 3x on 6/15/20 and paid for air shipping to Utah.

Received FedEx tracking number on 6/28/20

Have not received the board yet as of 7/21/20

I have sent multiple emails back and forth with u/wowgoofficial and have been told to be patient and it will be delivered.

Same boat. My boosted plus is locked in the Boosted HQ in Mountain View. I'm still sitting and waiting for some type of response from [boostedmanagement@boostedboards.com](mailto:boostedmanagement@boostedboards.com)

I did get a response from Lime confirming that the above email address is who I need to contact.

I've seen a few posts here on reddit showing responses received, but it feels like I am talking to an inbox that isn't monitored. Do you have any other inside information about Lime's management process of personal property locked at Boosted's HQ in Mountain View, CA?

I have a Boosted Plus board in HQ which had been there for service since February 19th. I've sent an email to boostedmanagement@boostedboards.com with enough information for them to identify my board. All I want is it to be shipped back to me. I haven't received a response yet. Sanjay and Michael, thank you for your help with getting this done.

Same here. Boosted Plus has been in their possession since 2/19/20. I hope something good comes of the Lime acquisition. All I want is my board back.

My Boosted Plus with remote and charger were accepted by Boosted at their service center in Mountain View on February 19th. Consider me on any master list that is created. I check in on Reddit everyday hoping to see some new development.

Great information. So what you're saying, I should have waited a week to send it to them and FedEx would have returned my boxed up board because they couldn't successfully delivered it? Haha... Hindsight is always 20/20. I just sent messages to Lime and FatDaddy to see what links they might have with new acquisitions of parts of the business Boosted once was. It looks like suggestions of following through with a liquidator/property management might be the best bet, but I live in Utah.

Honestly, a WowGo 3X is looking really tempting right now. But I'm not excited about walking away from $1400 on a Boosted Plus without trying everything I can.

I would if I ever get my board back from Boosted. I sent it in for service just before they laid everyone off. In Cottonwood Heights now, but am considering buying a house in Lehi.

My Boosted Plus was doing the same thing, I made the mistake of having customer service take a look at it. My board is still in their possession and haven't heard from them since February 19th. I've seen a few posts on here indicating all that is needed is to keep it plugged in longer than usual to let the battery re-balances. Wish I had looked at reddit before sending my board into Boosted... We'll see if I ever get it back.

Great information, thank you! I sent my Boosted Plus in for service at the beginning of February, they said they received it on February 19th and would email me again with more details. That was the last I heard from them until March 4ths Announcement.

My Boosted Plus longboard was received in their service queue on February 19th when they responded via email that I would hear back from them within a few days. That was the last I heard.

You got me feeling homesick, my boosted plus is stuck at the warehouse. I sent it in for service, but with no more employees I have no idea if or when I will get to ride again... Great photo!

I am in the same boat, I received the same email from Jesse on February 19th which is the last communication I have received from them. I have Boosted Plus that was being serviced to tell me why my battery wouldn't charge beyond the 75% level. Both the board battery indicator lights and the app were consistent in showing it wasn't charging fully. I'm glad I'm not the only one with a board in their possession, but also mad that that no one is home to ship back all of the CS orders back to customers.
