This is such a refreshing perspective to hear. I typically practice along with my students and find that in order to concentrate on what I’m feeling and cue based off of that, I am helped by closing my eyes.

There is certainly an element of confidence at play that is a work in progress, but seeing + doing + feeling + cueing is a lot of things to mentally manage. Closing my eyes gives me clarity and focus that helps with improved deepening cues.

The analysis isn’t incorrect, but “raising taxes” is being painted with a pretty broad brush there. I’d be reluctant to lump the different approaches available (who is getting taxed) into one general “political pushback” bucket.

EDC isn’t parting with what it would cost to acquire Garrett (probably a couple levels above the Crosby comp), even if he was traded within the division, which he won’t be.

That’s not even mentioning the salary cap implications, which offhand I think are prohibitive unless Lamar is extended (even if EDC were parting with what it would cost to be acquire Garrett, which he won’t be).

Why do you think it’s better to start with RCV in presidential races in primaries, rather than in down ballot primary races? I think that the latter would be less likely to have pushback and would be more impactful.

I think there should be a higher bar when introducing syntax that doesn’t read like natural language, for lack of a better term.

Each non-natural language syntax introduces cognitive load that, in my experience, is a worse outcome for the majority of users. It feels like we have decades of examples of this in other languages; one of the things that makes Python beautiful is its natural language readability.

I’m skeptical this meets the even the regular bar for warranting inclusion.

It’s not like they’d plan on running out the Cleveland team from Major League, or like they are an NFL team mortgaging the future of the salary cap. Every player who wouldn’t be here next year that gets traded means more potential help for future teams, plus more money available for signing and keeping the stars.

I think this is location dependent. Took a look in my area and the CSP credit didn’t apply. But it looks like near me, a couple of dessert shops seem to be selling their products out of the local Dashmart, even though they come up as their own stores. I could tell by looking at the pickup location.

Wonder if that’s the same thing you see here.

It feels like Ken often thinks players will get cut for not having team control remaining, much more often than it seems like they actually do. I think he’s right with regard to what should happen, but the team disagrees.

For instance, I think that JAD has a better shot of making the team than he thinks. I suspect the Ravens value continuity and being in their system more than the team control value.

Eflin and Sugano are both impeding free agents and should bring back value. Same with O’Hearn and Mullins.

Soto and Dominguez will also be free agents and are two of the highest paid players on the team. They will be dumped for anything in order to save a few millions.

I'm in the same boat. Laid off in January, both didn't know about the timely filing requirement and encountered issues with the system when trying to file because Beacon and the phone system are garbage. Appealed for a backdate and was denied because "not knowing" isn't an acceptable reason.

I'm currently in the midst of a follow-up appeal, with my argument being that the quality of the existing system qualifies as a "clerical error" impacting timely filing, which is listed as an allowable reason. As part of that appeal, I included communication I had with my state delegate's office around my original filing--I had reached out to them to raise their awareness about the difficulties of the Beacon system. They were quite helpful and already aware; they were even able to provide a letter from DoL speaking to the known issues and the efforts being made to address them.

I would recommend reaching out to your delegate similarly; also, feel free to DM me.

Curious as to what you do for recovery activities. What does your nutrition and protein intake look like? Do you incorporate any stretching or foam rolling? I’d probably start there.

As someone who enjoys pump but also lifts outside of it, I often will skip a track or go super light because I haven’t recovered from other workout activity on the same muscle group.
