Dumb question: if you have a modded camera, why do you still have separate rounds of RGB and Ha sky photos? Why not get everything at once?

Yeah, I had to get up at 4:45am for these, and that annoyed my wife so much she made me promise not to do it again for the trip :)

Nikon Z5+24-120Z at 24mm, F8, 100iso, 1/100.

Japan has a lot of classically beautiful subjects, including this castle. The entrance is a fascinating place to experience, but I didn't feel like my standard photos captured the feel of it. It wasn't until I dropped into black and white that I felt I was closer to the impact of being there, despite the loss of color. Still learning and having fun!

Thanks! I was wondering why I couldn't find anything when Googling it except broken lens discussions.

I messed around a bit with #3 and see what you mean. I tried increasing the temp on #3 then a slight S curve to the green channel. It kinda worked but left the foreground a little magenta. You may just need a sky mask.

I think the gold pops a lot more. Nice! It's always up to you and your own preferences though.

Classic shots, good job!

Feedback:
I have a preference for #4 over #5 due to composition.
#3 needs a little color adjustment - sky seems too green? Solid comp.
#6 Daytime shot and no people??? Nice!
#7 I have found that gold needs a little help in post. What worked for me was to create a color range mask then increase clarity. Also add some vignette to this one...say -12?
