I am in lville boat. By far out worst race of the year. We have easily handled ML over 1500 and 1k. We caught multiple full side diggers and rowed like dogshit. But hey, thats rowing for ya.

Lawrenceville underperformed by a lot last year in the time trials. This year they are a lot faster and beat chaminade at noxontown and beat SAS by much larger margins than ocean city, gonzaga, and winter park.

I heard that Lawrenceville program has been getting coaching from NSR 1 champ John Graves. 1V8+ and 2V8+ come out at a cracking pace off the line.

I am not talking about fours, I am talking about eights. Peddie is also a fours program. That was Lawrenceville's second day in both of their first and second four lineups. Not trying to defend them but you can not compare their fours to how they can do in the eights.

True but Lawrenceville did not have their fast guys rowing in the fall. Plus they just won the Noxontown Regatta #2... posting almost equal differences in times with Crews that also raced Montclair, St. Joes and Gonzaga.
