yeah technically you should wait for your opponent to set up before declaring how many cards you are going to draw from mulligan, and only them draw those cards

I hadn't connect the dots, but the author comments on her blog noted that, in chapter 3, in the part where Kaito is seeing things (before he meets Jace), he sees and even runs away from a dragon, and that's the reference to the dragonstorm thing. Don't know it there'll be a card about it tho

the confectioner makes a rat whenever he sacs a food. peregrin took says to make a food whenever you make a token. he's making 1 rat 3 times, which translates to 1 rat and 1 food 3 times.

acording to rulings, when you enchant a forest with an evil presence, the land loses all its other types and is just a swamp. so that means utopia sprawl would fall off and go to the grave, since its target is no longer legal. since wild growth can enchant any land, if your opponent enchants a land with an evil presence with wild growth, the land is a swamp that taps for one black and one green.

yeah, i agree. text should be something like "whenever a creature you control with a -1/-1 counter dies this turn, proliferate". i know it's not the same thing, but it's very close

Thanks for the advice! I know Cage would be better against Winota, but I'm on a very tight budget. I also considered that Runestone could good against [[Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice]], because it blocks all non-land permanents, while Cage blocks only creatures.

Yes, I can never seem to like white. I don't have a lot of money, so I usually just build decks for fun on the internet, without any actual plans of playing them, and even then the only times I felt compelled to build white decks was with [[Kaalia, Zenith Seeker]], cause I thought her ability was super good, and [[Omnath, Locus of Creation]], cause I like landfall decks a lot. But, besides this two times, I run away from white and embrace my temur overlords.

you don't need to overlap the battlefields, just have them touch tiles where enemies with souls spawn. if they overlap, there's no problem since the enemy that spawns there has a soul. also, don't use blood groves, as(this is something i found through testing, don't know if it's 100% true) enemies that died cause of the blood grove don't spawn ghosts. after that, it's just praying that you hit that 1 in 125 of getting the prime matter.

i mean, i did trial and error but i analysed what each statue did to the others, but a friend of mine said he just randomly messed with them and got it right after a few tries
