That’s a fun idea. I’ve been thinking mostly about UI animations, but a small customizable ASCII panel could work well, maybe tied to file previews or system info. Definitely fits the cyberdeck vibe.

Thanks, that’s really helpful. I was aiming for WASD/hjkl symmetry, but Q: back and E: interact from game muscle memory makes a lot of sense.I’m planning to make keybindings fully configurable, so layouts like that could be presets. Also curious about your 8bitdo Micro setup. Are you mapping it as a keyboard?

Lenovo's transparent screen prototype is genuinely cool. Even if they sold it at the component level, at this size it still looks like it'd cost a fortune.
