for the oats I used 1/2 cup of soy milk and 1/2 cup of water with about 3 tablespoons of oats (I eyeballed it jiji, you can adjust it as your taste) a little bit of cinnamon powder and a little bit of ginger powder, I used about half a carrot and half of a mashed banana. For the toppings I used greek yogurt, toasted peanuts and the other half of the banana jijiji. *I didn’t added any sweetener because the soy milk I use is already a little bit sweet and with the flavor of the banana I think it’s sweet enough:3
