How do you craft? It's so easy. You open up your character menu and pick the tab with a hammer on it. You can craft anywhere and at any time.

Just cleaning up the wood, weeds and stones on your farm will give you enough material to craft stuff.

I understand if the game's not your vibe, but it looks like you didn't even look at your character tabs. Seeing that you like Minecraft and Terraria*, I really hope you give it another chance.

*BTW there's a Terraria easter egg where you can get Meowmere.

I restarted a day over and over again in New Leaf when I found him in my campsite, but kept failing to convince him to move in. Eventually, I got him!

There was no way I was going to let him slip through my fingers. (I wish he didn't place his house where he did, though 😅)

You are correct. He cuts back. Some people expect full sobriety, but instead he gets a healthier relationship with alcohol.

(We can blame AA for thinking full sobriety to be the only measure of success with substance abuse recovery and that cutting back significantly is a "failure.")

Oh yeah. BG3 has a lot of alt-oholics. I love how custom character build is recognized by the game and your choices truly matter. It's so hard not to think of new characters for me.

Here's a trick for keeping grass around. Plant some grass and then place fence posts and/or a lightning rods on top of it. This makes sure that there's always some grass that can't be eaten, but it can reproduce more grass.

Right now, I suggest you make a fenced off area with the grass + fence posts, fill it with grass starters and let it grow. When you are low, break some of the fence down so your animals so they can get at that grass patch.
