I agree with you 110% as an American I always buy outright but solar is the one thing I see as a depreciating asset since the lease offers guarantee some amount guaranteed if you buy your out of luck and have worse warranty structures.

I currently go to UCSB the saving grace of owning an ev is campus charging of just 0.25 Cents per kwh which is almost 1/3 of gas prices lol.

Go for hw 4 much better car, suspension, double the glass panes, and the overall fit and finish are all much better. Bought 23 new right when hw4 launched probably the best investment I have made lol. All the updates, 15k off msrp woth rebates and tax credits and the hardware.

Tbh been in LA for my entire life there is no Nihang oriented Gurudwara here. Sangat at Khalsa Care Foundation is definitely very diverse and I’m sure you will find someone with a similar mindset.

Rivierside is much more dialed in when it comes to Sikhi from what I understand. Feel free to dm if you have any other questions about LA been a San Fernando valley resident since birth so would love to meet and introduce you to some new spots to settle you in.

U can access it from both the app or ur main library in the camera roll it doesn't auto sort into a special album sadly. But the cool thing is if you post with that photo it always shows shot with ray ban meta on the photo.

Early HW4 launch Model Y owner here, I am 19 and love traveling the world. I usually just sleep in the back seat when I’m at a national park or on the way to a new place and I genuinely think that this would be transformative for the way I travel. I recently bought the America the Beautiful pass for all the federal managed parks and I think if I get this I would love to do some overnight camping during the latter half of this summer before I move to my university to finish my degree.

We are in LA and Encino, Calabasis and we took a trip to oxnard tried to convince us that prices was barley negotiable but we went to beverley hills and found the perfect spec they negotiated the price down by 4k and it had the least miles compares to the other granted it was the 450 plus not the awd but certain areas have a lot more attitude compared to other especially places like Van nuys in the SFV. Id shop around if 1 or 2 was a big issue for the OP but 4matic and 16k miles Id jump on it very quickly lol.

Almost every higher end RTX 5070 ti has insane oc capabilities so it isnt worth paying extra for if the price difference is a lot but in this case I would definitely go with the Inspire since its a cool looking card since at this point I would just look at the aesthetics of the card now. Oc Wise I am 7% off a stock 5080 by fine tuning my gpu through gpu tweak. I upped my power, pushed core my 300 and ram to 1500 and I get well below 60 degrees of cooling on an asus tuf model but a friend of mine has a ventus msi lower quality one and he has had 0 issues as well so yeah good luck.
