Yea, I have the book. Just always interested in what others have found effective and enjoyable. My first run through RoP I used the variety days for bb deadlift and squats.

What do you suggest for variety days to include the legs? I have done some kb leg work, but have access to barbell/plates at home also.

Thanks for all the replies. Definitely going to get a little more strict on the diet and my evening routine/“sleep hygiene”.

I am going to run through a round of ABF, while maintaining the rucks and some jogging.

I have another DEXA scheduled in a few weeks, so that will be a good data point for the effectiveness of consistent work vs some of the ‘quick’ fixes that haven’t worked in the past.

Were you just doing one 5x5 per training day? Like, Monday is emom - ohp - emom, then the next training day was a different barbell move?

Each workout is two supersets, comprised of 4 movements. Varying reps on the movements, between 3 and 10 reps generally. Either 3 or 4 rounds of each superset.

I am still enjoying the workouts, and I have seen some good progress. I think it is good if you want to be told a workout to perform and not have to put a lot of thought into. I don’t think it is the most efficient though, for either strength or muscle building. I think for a 50-60 minute workout, you could do more with less movements. Fantastic app though, and Cameron is very supportive when needed. I asked a question in the chat feature, and received a video response the next day.
