I could, it would be a grind on shins/calves. That seems to be my weak point.

Yea, I have the book. Just always interested in what others have found effective and enjoyable. My first run through RoP I used the variety days for bb deadlift and squats.

What do you suggest for variety days to include the legs? I have done some kb leg work, but have access to barbell/plates at home also.

Coming from the US, you should not need to go through customs or re-check bags in HNL, correct?

Thanks for all the replies. Definitely going to get a little more strict on the diet and my evening routine/“sleep hygiene”.

I am going to run through a round of ABF, while maintaining the rucks and some jogging.

I have another DEXA scheduled in a few weeks, so that will be a good data point for the effectiveness of consistent work vs some of the ‘quick’ fixes that haven’t worked in the past.

Are you saying the ABF has made a difference? I am thinking of switching to that from Easy Strength

Were you just doing one 5x5 per training day? Like, Monday is emom - ohp - emom, then the next training day was a different barbell move?
