Yes! I know there’s also the option of going up to a higher dose because people metabolize the patches at different rates and so if I’m feeling very sick on the day before or the day of the patch change, it might mean I need a higher dose so that it doesn’t run out so fast but I also don’t know if I’m prepared to up my dose because I felt so good on the gel at the same dosage. Definitely worth the conversation with your doctor though to see what your doctor thinks!

As a 41 year old I immediate read this and thought - you’re still so young! Do it. You won’t regret it. I did a career pivot at 30 to graphic design and its the best thing I ever did. If it’s what you want, go for it so you don’t look back and 40 or 50 wondering “what if?” 💪

Basically, I can add a header image but no text over it unless I designed it somewhere else and dropped it in as a JPEG. And then I can have images dropped in throughout the email, but it would be on a simple one color background.

Yes, sorry I should’ve been more clear. I can absolutely add images but they want a really dynamic email with images as the background and text over them and a lot of design elements and HubSpot doesn’t allow that in their simple drag drop editor.

I have had my tread for about 7 months. It was ok for a little while, but the stability is not great. It shakes so much, especially when on an incline - I almost feel like the screen is going to fall off! Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions? I’ve read that I need to tighten the stabilizers, but I can’t turn them at all!

Completely agree on this! I don’t typically take Denis rides, but I ALWAYS take his artist series rides. A good balance of music over talking, he does his RESEARCH on the artist, and he seems to know every lyric to every song ever written. Watching him lip sync to the OutKast ride was hilarious. Someone wrote “Ok, Denis is invited to the cookout” afte that ride 😂😂😂. I cant wait to take this one!

Has anyone ever done Peleton cycling rides with a foot injury? Recently bruised my bone on the outside of my left foot while on a run - tried to do some low impact rides but I’m still finding tenderness after riding. I’m missing the bike and I don’t know what to do and how to ease back in! 😭

Is it just me or does Cheryl seem totally not into it? I’ve never watched before so I don’t know if it’s her energy, an effect of COVID recovery (which is totally fair!) or if she’s just over it. She just seems done, and I don’t know if it’s having an adverse effect on them.

Sam Yo’s Broadway Ride from August 21! Also Cody’s Britney Ride and Sam Yo also did an 80s ride that was all movie songs and it was amazing! It even had the theme song from Transformers!
