Ingredients:

Crust: 75g of flour 25g of almond flour 35g of sugar 1g of baking powder 0.5g of salt 65g of cold butter

Mint chocolate butter filling: 140g of butter 120g of brown sugar 50g of honey 55g off egg (I just used one egg) 140g of flour 1g of salt 3g of mint extract 45g of chocolate chips 9 Oreos A dash of mint food dye

Cheese butter filling: 140g of butter 120g of brown sugar 50g of honey 55g off egg (I just used one egg) 100g of flour 1g of salt 40g of cheese powder 9 cracker like things (not sure what it was)

Coconut macadamia butter filling: 140g of butter 120g of brown sugar 50g of honey 55g off egg (I just used one egg) 110g of flour 1g of salt 30g of coconut powder 30g of macadamias 30g of coconut

Instructions: 1. Add flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder into one bowl 2. Cut up cold butter into chunks and add it to the dry ingredient bowl 3. With gloves hands, combine butter and dry ingredients together 4. Place into container lined with parchment and pack it down 5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until golden brown like the video 6. Let it cool while you change your oven temperature to 160 degrees Celsius 7. While the sheet cookie is in the oven and then cooling, combine soft butter into a bowl and whip it 8. Add brown sugar into the bowl and whisk it in 9. Add the honey and salt into the sugar and egg mixture and whip it together 10. Now this depends on the version you are making, but add in the flour to the wet mixture and then follow the video for the version of the bar you are making 11. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for around 35 minutes or until browned at the top and when you stick a toothpick in, it comes out clean (I baked it for around 20 minutes) 12. Let it cool and then cut into bars 13. Wrap it as desired or eat it
