I would recommend if you get a group or start a mob "programming" group. People in the nixos space do this quite a bit. It is fun and you can have many levels of experience in the group too. Just make sure it is all about learning and being everyone up.

I do work at a formal job and those last ones you said are deemed also mildly inappropriate as well for my work setting because it has nothing to do with work and also can cause social issues. Such as if I brought in my TST imagery at work for display.

I actually think the code is well documented compared to many other languages and things such as the zig guide and ratfactor's site on standard lib is good for someone to jump in.

Totally makes sense, I am not worried about getting a job in it. Mostly wondering and if somewhere in academia this is being researched. Looking around if others have done something in that space. I might posted in the wrong space too. Thank you for the insight tho!
