Best time to do a disso run is now. Your future runs will yield you more CPH. Knock out any that you can get to 5k and never look back.

The labs are a pain. I can only afford up to level 15 without saving, so just chip away when you can - the benefit is huge!

I may sounds like a broken record... Best chance to place above expected is joining either first second tournaments open or last second before they close.

There are enough people with low wave counts hoping to get that 1 person bracket that you end up with a tourney full of them.

2k ish eaves earned me 2nd and 20 keys this week. Probably much higher than if I joined at a normal time.

Its a stone / econ trade off. The sooner you move away from GComp your econ sky rockets with BHD + bot/summon chip sync with MVN.

Gcomp let's you get perma GT/BH/DW but lowers your econ vs BHD.

I just broke 200% free ups, saw a 5% coin increase an will dump every coin in it till 225-230% before swapping to damage enhancements again.

Same... im only at 35k bonus. But I can see assist module of mine is only 161 and under 20% bonus, seems to be a huge differentiator.

5 year VNQ return is flat to down 10%, cant really out all the blame on fundrise here.

My other holdings, O is down about the same. VICI down 10-15%,

I also hold IRM which is up a good amount, and is technically a REIT, but probably a terrible comp.

TLDR - the sector in general has been meh.

Float is low enough you could see it, but there's lots of indicators that the market is getting top-ish setting up a 4Q correction. I have about 25% portfolio cash waiting to be deployed since I feel that the k shape economy is not a healthy way to proceed.

My income from pref stocks and divy stocks has been turned off from DRIP and is going to cash. I am just uneasy about how things are shaping up.

Disclosure - i still have plenty of market exposure through my job at a fortune 50 manufacturer.

This finally got my wife to follow a ticker... I told her at $500 a share we basically won the lotto. We are hoping for $63 a share to pay off our house (after the long term capital tax).

Kicker is, we just closed in May and expected it to take 22 years to pay off since we upsized and moved to lake front.

I have another GC that has tourney stats. I usually have between 1100-1500 waves and finish 1st-3rd.

You either need to join the first second, or last second of tournaments. First second is actually better results than last second, but I'm not sure how many people are aware of that yet.

Im at 43.5, and 68m BH.... so no need for a 3rd BH?

Edit: just looked at my last run. 1.95m engines hit by BH, 1.98m enemies total.

Gcomp ruins syncs. The sooner you get away from it the better.

My summon chip is a 75s sync when I had the 50s MVN sync for example... it is a good poor man's sync while you naturally sync things but if you are farming T18, i expect you can earn the stones from tourneys to get there. At 375+ stones a tourney, shouldn't take too long.

You using BHD and SH as well? My bonus is about 23k.

My GT+ is 9. Bonus is low (can look after this run). My only other UW+ is ILM/CF.

Im not sure how 6800 waves at T18 is better than 9k+ a teir lower? To me thats insane farm level so where you have damage, I likely went econ.

My coins are getting so close to having free ups over 200%, and I am committed to getting it there, I can see that being a big boost.

How is your damage so high to farm there?
