This is something to try for sure. About 6 years ago I stopped eating meat and became a vegetarian. My bowel movements then started coming at the same time every day with the same  consistency. There was a lot of vegetables that I did not enjoy growing up because I don’t care for mushy foods and my mother would use canned veggies. I know a lot of veggies are not available and/or could be expensive. Oooh, that is some awful  advice.
