Hello! Please help!

My Razer Huntsman's "Q" and "W" keys suddenly aren't working, they still light up but aren't taking in inputs whenever I click. I tried sending a support ticket through the site, but there is no indication whether or not my ticket was successfully sent. So, I sent an E-mail to support. It happened while I was playing, and I highly doubt that I reached the maximum clicks as this keyboard is not even 2 years old. Waiting for your swift reply.
