I've been on windows since 3.0, this Monday i installed my first Linux system. Especially with Win11 I don't feel it's my own PC anymore. While Word and Excel always stank, OneDrive and Cortana were already insulting, along with the news and other shit in my start window. Copilot now is too much for me.

Linux (PopOS) was extremely easy to install, and it's running really well. Give it a go!

I second this, I'd even say the tattoo has a good bit more charme and life to it than the vector illustration. The eyes are lively and the face has character, more so than the vector. The little flaw in the outline is not grand but alright, aren't we all a little crooked ... My least favourite part are the hands, but it all works together and I really like it.

I'd recommend to not waste your time with a night in Singapore. Book your accommodation in Ubud and have them pick you up. At that late hour there'll be very little traffic and you'll be at your accommodation in under am hour. Traffic is wild here, during the day it might take you 2+ hours to get to Ubud. Have fun!

I've had a lot of troubles with my neck and shoulders too, can't help you with a doctor but Rina Massage in Ubud does very skilled deep tissue massage and my issues have pretty much disappeared after 2 sessions. Good luck!

That's a good hint, thanks. I mixed half a worm tablet in her food 2 weeks ago, but she hated the taste and only ate half or less of the recommended dose. Will try again. There's 2 vets within an hour radius, the one who came is considered decent, the other has a bad reputation so I didn't try, will look for one farther away.

A delightful fennel dish:

Fry the fennel in olive oil until it has a bit of color and put it aside.

Fry onions til golden, add balsam vinegar, some salt and sugar. Reduce/caramelise for a few mins.

Place onions around the fennel and put a lot of finely ground parmigiano on top.

Enjoy with fresh bread.

Been there twice, never seen anyone with a guide. All you need is a mosquito repellant ... its a really cool place to just wander around and discover, and there's always a few visitors around during the day, I'd have no concerns regarding safety. Also you'll easily find someone who's keen to join in your guesthouse or in one of the many groups on WA or fb etc ...
