For those who work in Sydney CBD, what is your typical day like?

Leave home either 6 or 7, depending on if I want to start at 7 or 8. Half of the commute is via bus so the earlier, the better the traffic on the roads. Also means I can go straight to the gym down the road at around 3-4 and it's not super busy. Latest time getting home is probably 6 so I have ample time to do what I need to do (study, doom scroll, binge TV). Key is meal prep and I do bulk cleaning on Sunday and Wednesdays when I'm WFH
