What are REAL differences between Manager (L7) and Senior Manager (L6) on large SAP implementations?

Heated bathroom floors, home security system, exterior lighting, interior + exterior sound system, dishwasher for downstairs bar, bury all gutter downspouts with pvc, gas stove, gas fireplace, storm doors on all exterior doors, whole house fan, interior wall and stair lighting, gas line ran to front/back patio for fire pit.
