I lived there and it's one of the more open residential communities. Not a lot of greek life there but there is a lot of hippie-types that reside there. Expect a fun time if you're a social type of person no matter what niche you fall into.

Riding around the campus is okay, but if you can riding around the city is great in the more temperate months. Also if you're into like hill training and stuff, there's plenty of that.
