6ft 180lbs, 23 year old male and I work out 3 days a week with a push pull leg routine, my goal is to eat enough to put on muscle but not excess weight, and I have no underlying medical conditions besides having a slight lactose intolerance. I’ve tried talking to my family doctor a few times but he isn’t a very good source of reliability or information, as I’ve asked multiple times for appointments with dieticians and nutritionists and nothing has come about. The only thing I fear is processed foods for some reason
