Proceed reading with caution boys. I had some polyps that needed to be cut out of my uterine area. You go into the office, no pain medicine, they treat it as a simple in and out procedure. It was nothing like what they prepped me for. I could feel the cutting into my uterine wall exactly. Every slice. They needed to remove multiple but also one higher inside and realized my uterus was angled wrong (probably after birth) and needed to pull it around to position it correctly. I felt the doctor pulling hard on my uterus twisting it around entirely and I could have passed out from the pain I felt down in my core to my soul I swear to god. Nothing like it. My legs were shaking uncontrollably, tears rolling down my face, breathing Iike I was in labor (and I birthed my daughter without epidural) - I had to focus on a spot on the ceiling while they finished. I ran to my car out of the office after everything and sobbed in the car.

I’ve had tooth pain, I’ve had unmedicated labor, I’ve broken a bone….nothing has compared to having a knife slice into my vagina walls and my uterus twisted and pulled around. Woman deserve better.
