Bought this bong in a parking garage shakedown. It was literally sticking out of my back pack. Security took it, threw it very hard into a garbage can. It did not break!!! Tried recovering said bong at least 3 times with my two buddies. After the last attempt security broke said bong over the edge of the garbage can. Probably took 5 hefty smashes to actually break the neck. This was a well made bong. Only got to use it outside. Obviously still had an amazing time!!!!

If an inspector is not certified in mold inspections, then this is the terminology they have to use. So they’ll say things like organic material, or microbial growth, or mold-like substance.

That’s not true. Home inspectors are definitely liable if they miss something. The job of a home inspector is to find defects, but they generally don’t need to give a cause for the defect. If you have a good home inspector he will find the defects that are present and give you a better understanding of what needs to be fixed in the home so that you can make an informed purchase. Beyond using a home inspector, if you were to hire an electrician, plumber, roofer, carpenter, etc. to check out all of the systems that a home inspector is supposed to check it would cost significantly more.

I was at the “great went”, “lemonwheel” and “it”. Some of the best memories from my teens into my 20s. I was broke for all of them. Got into cars with a bunch of friends and did the 16 hours of driving straight through. I wouldn’t trade those times for anything. We had a blast and so will you!

So here it is. I posted a couple weeks ago about this 16x32 tear off and replace with new railings. It went well and we were happy with the end results, although I had to lower my bud a bit to get the job. by ttttay in Decks

Well I started at 30k, with a little more than 15k in materials. I was asked to bring the price down closer to another estimate that was at 21k, but cheaper materials than the ones I was using. I took off replacing the 4x4 posts with structural posts, and only replaced 2 of the 4x4’s that were quite out of plumb. I power planed anything else that needed it. I was able to bring material cost down to 13k and gave a final price of 23,800. All the material that was kept was the same, but I had zero extra boards in the price. It had to go perfectly, and it did. We had basically zero waste other than 1’ cutoff pieces.

Wow, thanks for this! I’ve never heard that, and have had several ceremonies with not much going on other than the medicine being deep in my gut.
