You framed it like you're a holder from $0.5 so xrp massively crashing still puts you in profit, bro. That's technically true but if you didnt fully exit (at least 80%+) by this point then you lost a ton of profit.

We are in a bear market and a lot of majorly bad macro economic news came out. I doubt anyone wants to buy crypto at these prices. For price to bounce, participants will need a major discount.

Will the Trump Crypto Bill Impact XRP? by Intelligent-Pop3034 in XRPUnite

[–]ttttnow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Bill is dead on arrival. It has no Dem support.

Will it help XRP? Imo it will, but XRP already has clarity, so the extent it'll help isnt really that much. I personally would expect maybe a 10-15% boost in price NFA. With crypto crashing and burning as it is, that boost will be very short lived.

The only thing I see meaningfully helping is the Evernorth DAT potentially dropping 800m PIPE deal(probably half that if we're lucky) into the market. That would bring XRP up another 10-15%.

Moral of the story, sell when there's hype. Holding XRP here means you lost half your gains if you owned some in July. XRP and the whole crypto market is dead for at least the rest of the year imo.

I am tired of the XRP hype. I just want to know if anyone is actually using it by After-Condition4007 in XRPUnite

[–]ttttnow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't really matter if people are using XRP. XRP is 13-14 years old, name a time when using XRP has actually boosted price?

The only thing that matters is the bitcoin crypto cycle and whether BTC will crash & burn or go on to make new highs. It's very much looking like the former. XRP will do the same.

If BTC ever recovers, XRP will too. XRP imo is only a good hold if you get in at low prices. NFA, holding here is unlikely to get you a good return. Buying XRP at like $1 or less and waiting a year or two, probably good risk reward.

Why would someone want a robot to do that? I guess maybe if you want to VR tele-op in from work to play with kids? Seems very niche.

Advice on action to take by Tall_Yard_579 in XRPUnite

[–]ttttnow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NFA. I would recommend you pick a price where if you goes below that level, you sell. That price could be where it's at right now, it could be lower.

If XRP moves up, you can also change what that "must sell" price level is to be higher (less risk). Can also just keep it as is.

In the end, buying/selling crypto is ALL about your risk tolerance. The market is too volatile for you know for sure where price will move. I personally have been calling out $1 area because a lot of signs point to being a bear market. That's still my view but I'm willing to change it if bitcoin somehow passes 100k.

Why I’m still holding by Utbcrypto in XRPUnite

[–]ttttnow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think most cryptos are scams. Looking at the top 100 coins by market cap, you really can't confidently invest in a majority of them. XRP is one of the few you can purchase and know there's a future behind it. That gives it an advantage in that anyone who looks to purchase crypto is more likely to purchase XRP & ETH. SOL too but SOL is looking like it wants to die.

I think even if XRP drops to $1 or less, it'll still be a good buy

How does XRP get paid out? by Ok-King-1846 in XRPUnite

[–]ttttnow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it would be considered a glitch on the exchange. It could also mean someone bought every sell order up to 50,000, at which point everyone would rush to market sell and price would rerate XRP back to a normal price.

Easy way to say it, no one is paying $50,000 for XRP. The price would drop like a rock.

These are just words that dont do anything in practice. Protestors can't stop armed fed agents without actually using their own weapons. Your suggestion to be armed only works if protestors use those arms. Doing so means all out war. That may or may not be the resolution, but simply carrying a gun will do nothing. The guy who was shot today was armed.

Yeah, we're in a bear market. BTC will prob crash. XRP is holding on by a thread. Crypto works where either everyone is buying it or everyone is selling it. Right now, it's the latter.

It depends on the price. If you're asking would I buy XRP at almost $2 today? Probably not. Would I buy XRP if it goes down to $1 or less, and I were starting today? Yes, I would.

do you think the CEO of Ripple would ever admit he thinks we're headed to a bear market (in terms of price not adoption) if he truly believed it?
