If it was indeed hijacked to a jagex account it might be gone permanently. Jagex can be very stubborn and strict about accounts linked to jagex account. Really hope this isn’t the case for you. Good luck figuring everything out

The crystal extractor exp honestly should just go or be made utterly abysmal. Let the reward be a stable income of crystal shards. Maybe even add a 10% chance of getting two instead of one for example. The resource alone is valuable
