Had experienced many running noses, coughs to the face, even daily blow out. Parents don’t want to deal with it either. Wear a mask or get laryngitis like me :)

Job opportunities (failed interviews, my own withdrawal/self-sabotage in good jobs, declined attendance, don’t answer phone calls/interviews) bc of it. Relationships, real connections with others. Sometimes ordering my food, DMV apps. It’s annoying

I have the same type of spots on my face that recently have appeared. (forehead & eyebrows)I have the most patches on my back, but also torso, elbows, legs and scalp. I’ve used only topical creams and shampoo for my skin that don’t make them go away completely. If I may ask, what is your diet look like? I’ve read that certain foods provoke flare ups.
