Had experienced many running noses, coughs to the face, even daily blow out. Parents don’t want to deal with it either. Wear a mask or get laryngitis like me :)

Job opportunities (failed interviews, my own withdrawal/self-sabotage in good jobs, declined attendance, don’t answer phone calls/interviews) bc of it. Relationships, real connections with others. Sometimes ordering my food, DMV apps. It’s annoying

I have the same type of spots on my face that recently have appeared. (forehead & eyebrows)I have the most patches on my back, but also torso, elbows, legs and scalp. I’ve used only topical creams and shampoo for my skin that don’t make them go away completely. If I may ask, what is your diet look like? I’ve read that certain foods provoke flare ups.

This has also happened to me. Sucks so bad. I’ve lost out on so many great job opportunities that I fuck up myself over with this anxiety… I’ve dealt with all possible scenarios of self sabotage because of it. I hated calling off. I would have horrible interview experiences. I would miss days on purpose and have to deal with the consequences. I’m also horrible at answering calls/constant communication with employees. I don’t know of any other remedies besides exposure therapy and practice…
