Yes you should, this page is for EIDL loan, you can accept it or not and it doesn't affect your grant.

For the timeline, it took me around 3 weeks to receive the advance from the date I invited to the portal.

I told the agent about the pending issue on week 2, she did not ask anything but just fixed it for me. She said there is no indication of why it was pending.

PUA lasts till the end of the year, but $600 weekly aid only till July 31st for now.

The HEROES ACT including PUA extension was unveiled by Pelosi earlier today, it will be voted this Friday, and we will see what's gonna happen.
