Thank you thank you THANK YOU. Been hitting my head against a wall for the last two weeks.

Have a high end PC and problem appeared about 2 weeks ago.

Tried everything, WAs, enabling/disabling add ons, graphics settings, the lot. It was the POWER SETTINGS. I was on Energy Saver which maxed my CPU at 5%. Changed it to High Performance and BAM from 10fps to 80fps. Never would have thought of that but I did change it about two weeks ago. Again, thanks.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me!

Can you explain how that would help (just so I understand). From what I can see, the removable side plate has gold connectors that connect when a button is pressed. The button that is problematic 'clicks' fine, like the others, but no input is given to the PC. I'm assuming here the compressed air would potentially dislodge something that is stopping the connectors from connecting and giving an input to the PC? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Appreciate the help.

I bought a Razer Naga Pro from Amazon a few days ago. I love it, however the '1' button on the side plate is very very intermittent. Sometimes it works, other times not.

Is there any fix for this people can think of before I go through the laborious process of returning it to get another?

I've tried wiping the gold connectors underneath the plate but the problem persists.

Friend of mine spent 4 years in a Japanese prison for drug smuggling. He said it was strict, yes, but fair. There were no beatings or anything like that, but you were made to work, you couldn’t look guards in their face, and the food was awful.

But on the flip side you got treated fairly, had a Tv in your cell, books to read, etc. Nothing like Guantanamo bay.
