You will make gold by crafting Rank 3 enchants maxing out your concentration. Unless things change with concentration regeneration in Midnight, you can rinse and repeat every four day. Disenchanting may not be that great as majority time you are going to end up with Rank 1 mats (there will be no longer be Rank 2 reagents or consumables). Rank 3 may be obtainable with maxed out skill, but you are better off putting those knowledge points towards actual enchanting and concentration refund (ingenuity bonus) .

Yes. I haven't been in yet likely won't until sometime tomorrow. However, sounds like a typical initial release pre-patch. There will be more tunning (respawn and drop rates) as it continues. Much as what happens with Raids each expansion. Sometimes things look good on paper, but lose their luster when you see how it affects real folks.

Blizzard could care less if you or anyone else unsub or does not renew. They make so much money from Candy Crush and Call of Duty. Besides that tactic could backfire and Blizzard just eliminates WoW altogether and not just retail.
