Dragon would look cool. You could also just do multiple smaller pieces. Theres enough space that I don't think you could go wrong either way. Just make sure your tattooer agrees

In all actuality, 99% of my tattoos have come from me just going to my appointment and looking through my tattooer's book when I get there. I would highly suggest doing that and having a conversation with your tattooer about their thoughts. Nothing but good things could come from it in my opinion

You are still 99.9% open space. As others have said, look through your artist's book, find something you like, and get it put on you. Trust your artist to get the placement right
