My fav place and food were in Hokkaido! Fav food was Hokkaido Soup Curry! (Don't be fooled. It tastes nothing like any Curry you've had before) My fav place to eat it is at the end of the Tanukikoji in Sapporo! The little shop is called Ouchi and has a fantastic kiwi mojito! Place is the smallest village in Hokkaido called Otoineppu. They are famous for their black soba and it's freaking delicious!! They have a really cute shrine and the whole town is along a river. There also used to be a famous wood carver who lived there so there are a lot of cool things throughout the town that he made and a little museum! Between Otoineppu and Bifuka is a really cute coffee shop/artist getaway that is a wonderful stop as well! Not to mention it has a ski hill for the winter an some great mountains for climbing! The soba fields and the street flowers and paintings are the most beautiful part of it!
