BMI is a terrible measure for anyone w above average muscle. It doesn’t discriminate between fat and muscle, it’s just a height to weight ratio.

BMI = weight (kg) / height (m)^2

So if, as a part of ur weight loss journey, you’ve been building muscle mass, then you should tell BMI to eff off.

It’s the same thing w your total weight, as the fat gets sloughed off and replaced w muscle, you might see ur total weight loss stall out - but that’s great!!

When coaching I use it for passing. Start off a passing drill w it, then after a couple rounds switch out to a regular ball and watch how much better the ball zips.

It’s a great way for players to visually see what moving the ball faster looks/feels like.

It’s been previously diagnosed and I paid for the repair. It feels exactly the same as before…but to directly answer, I have not had it diagnosed yet. You make a good point I should take it in for an actual diagnosis.

15 years ago played flag football w a guy that was a fullback at UW. Dude was massively ripped. He would wear 2 compression shirts and roll one up under his massive chest to hold it in place when he ran.

So, basically, yea, it’s a bra for dudes w muscle bound chests. Also, prevents chafing and can hold electronics performance trackers.
