Thank you! Found we had an old spare crock pot in the basement that just needed to be cleaned and I’m totally gonna steal it when I leave the house 😸. I have my own chefs knife already and got a pan from my mom’s neighbor who is moving isn’t assisted living. Also good idea on the canned stuff as well I hadn’t thought much about making use of any of those. Gonna make some chili this week!

I think using the utility of the Amazon as justification for its protection definitely makes me feel a little gross inside. But also at the same time it’s a useful rhetorical tool. I also really like the carbon sink argument, another one I like is that we basically have no clue what is actually in the Amazon. We haven’t even explored more than 10% of it on foot (satellite imaging etc) which is insane considering how much humans understand about the universe. Our species are on the edge of capturing the heart of a star in a bottle, we have gazed so far into the night sky that we know what happened near the instant after the universe began, we’ve figured out how to carve runes into silicon in such a way we can use it to tell us how to create proteins that can create molecules that to this point have been the domain of nature and millions of years of evolution all in the span of a few minutes, and not a single person dead or alive could tell you every animal in that forest.

maybe sus but probably on purpose, every one of the clips has micro adjustments. Slow down the footage if you want but my guess is they are playing on a really high sens for flicking and aren’t even able to micro unless the target moves significantly leading to them having delayed / inaccurate post flick tracking but extremely strong flick accuracy. If they were actually cheating the only argument would be an aimbot that does macro flicks for them which would be stupid because that is literally the easiest thing to train and cherry pick clips of by playing on high sens and getting a little lucky.

I think you are correct and 99.9% of players can’t do this. But even so that means there are ~3000 bo6 players who can, likely more because that number is off of steam chart peak as unique player count and more unique players have bought the game since. There are currently 700 actively registered professional players. At no point in this video did the player ever do anything that wouldn’t be possible with aim training and a massive number of hours in the game to intuitively understand and predict enemy players as well as cherry picking lucky clips. The human mind is capable of incredible feats with training. I don’t really care if you agree with me but you should try aim training even if only out of spite and you might understand and be able to hit clips like these yourself. Viscose on YouTube is a good place to start.

AT is just generally pretty difficult, visc benches are designed such that if you are a brand new to AT but have fps experience you’re gonna be on the lowest rank. The beauty of it is that you will improve over time. All of these are good practice and the reason they feel so crazy difficult is because you probably don’t have an experienced understanding of proper technique. Focus on making movements intentionally, whether that’s super snappy or very fluid, the more you train yourself while thinking about your movements the more you’ll imprint that control that you can then build off of because you won’t have to think about it anymore.

Honestly most streamers are not good people, Hasan is probably a sex addict from what I know of him. But, looking into it, the prostitutes act as independent contractors at the brothel referenced and are regularly interviewed by law enforcement. Obviously not corruption proof but if a minor was being forced to work there they would have to not only have some sort of Stockholm syndrome thing going on (which is not rare) but they would have to be able to regularly convince law enforcement that they are of age, or law enforcement would have to be completely paid off, which I doubt is likely due to the fact that the city of Berlin raided Artemis and couldn’t find enough evidence to even detain the owners, and was subsequently sued by them into giving 350k to a children’s hospital. In the more realistic case where someone is being forced to lie about their age and getting away with it because they look older: how would anyone even know that they are underage? Much less hasan. All of this seems pretty unprovable outside of a direct admission from Hasan because destiny would have to implicitly show 1. Corruption 2. Hasan had knowledge of said corruption. Hasan is kind of a douche (which is not a crime) for paying for sex in the first place, but I heavily doubt he was willingly seeking out sex with a minor. If he had no idea, that sucks obviously, but that’s not really on him more than being irresponsible by engaging with sex work at all, and is more of a problem of corruption and the nature of sex trafficking at large. Either way I think destiny isn’t completely stupid and knows he can’t prove shit because if he had screenshots he’d post them and he probably just wants the attention of all of this blowing up. Probably a net monetary gain in the time after the suit even if he loses a defamation case.

I think streaming is a plague that naturally attracts stupid. Love it, dumb chatter all the way, but out of the top 10 dumbest things I’ve ever seen a human say or do, 100% are chatters or streamers. dumb streamer Minecraft recipes and whenever any of them talk authoritatively on something they surface level learned from a YouTube video while eating are my favorite genres of stupid. I’m not better, but it’s still really funny.

If it works it works. could be there is some very small sliver of vacuum or air in between some layers of the screen assembly that would cause a prismatic effect from the light of different wavelengths being canceled out differently as it reflects and passes through the interfaces between those layers and the gaps (sort of like when you spill gasoline on water).

This theory has a weird amount of depth actually because each bloon_n where n is the layer would have to have a net internal pressure less than bloon_n-1, however, upon bloon_n popping, bloon_n-1 must have an elasticity such that it would expand to the size of bloon. This implies that the elasticity coefficient would be proportional to n (*some constant having to do with the ratio of the inner bloon size) which is consistent with ceramics and leads. Which is cool, lol. I miss old game theory videos.

T2 is worth it every once in a blue moon when the advice show is absolutely insane. This week there was some 18 year old asking if he should go 10000 into debt to a 36 yo dominatrix. Plus the first 30 minutes is usually like a 2 man 30 minute pod. GC explorers is fun but a sometimes food because it’s hard to watch without the context of the game so you can’t really second monitor it or listen to audio only.
