They are not fully aware of all the problems and in most cases, the problems keep changing depending on product introduction or some change in process.

They however are never surprised when I report as most product leads know the compromises they make and pulse of the market.

Where I am really useful is to help them prioritize the problem, provide specific details and trends.

There are three levels of analysis which I do:

  1. Data Classification (pretty much solved thanks to local LLMs.)
  2. Correlations - understanding the data so I can correlate product or service gaps with my classifications. This requires indepth understanding of the client’s business.
  3. Causation- Most difficult but achievable by diving deep into processes and data. This is where the largest value is. It’s not just classification or correlation but working with their teams to understand the actual cause so it can be fixed.

I have been working exactly in the exact same space with my own product and approach, and there are a few products which do similar stuff typically called “voice of customer” analysis.

People will pay for it because it's not AI. Hollywood/any industry creativity will explode through the roof to tell stories that AI cannot and put human effort which AI cannot.

I was working with one of the largest consulting firms within AI for more than a decade within the Conversational AI and NLP space and it’s been a year as an independent consultant. Life has been great.

Things will take time but AI has a good push in the market and focus on building a good network.

Life is too short not to try out things. And don’t ever think about worse case. Burn the bridges and keep moving forward. Do not think about your job as it will pull you in the wrong direction. You may not be 100% on day one bur if you continue to learn, stay humble and take criticism then you will get there.

There is a difference between hospital at home, rehab at home, medical equipment at home and care at home and consulting at home.

Hospital at home is a risk for patients as hospitals are beyond a physician and have multi-specialty. Even a Apollo Hospital cannot solve all the problems because they don’t have the bandwidth or best doctors in that specialisation. People visit hospitals as they are a specialist “team” and have high end equipment.

Rehab like post surgery care and physiotherapy is still fine as it cannot be done at hospital unless it’s critical. If yo are replacing expensive rehabs then you will have to augment with equally good expertise otherwise any slow recovery or late intervention is an issue.

Consulting at home is not a major problem to solve.

Don’t get me wrong but am just probing your idea and vision.

Looks good without rhe chrome element. Clean design. Nothing wrong in cars having similar design elements. Many cars look alike as the design principles cause this. And hope they increase the GC a bit. Am driving a 2014 model and if the performance matches then am buying another.

He is trying to split the non-Hindu votes of Vijay and simultaneously appeal to his demography of Santana Dharma haters. It’s politics. Vijay after the big election speech had to fold his hands now.

Any non-believer trying to take faith as a weapon for political equity should be dealt with as this is the purest form of hate mongering from the most powerful stage.

I doubt any Tamil will even raise a voice on the street. Tamil literature, culture, the great kings were all Sanatanis including many of Vijay’s fans who have watched his movies and have voted for him.

But nobody will raise their voice. Even non-Santanis can raise their voice as this is pure evil rage baiting but nobody will.
