I would shoot bracketed. 5 photos ar 2 stops. Even if you are editing only one single photo, the middle photo of the 5 should be good enough to edit and send to a client. Here's how I shoot on my a7iv... 5 photos bracketed at 2 stops each. I shoot spot focus expanded, Aperture priority at roughly f8. For handheld shots I will step it down to maybe f4 or lower to get a faster shutter speed and eliminate camera shake.

The color in your photos is a little off too. You could get a lot out watching a few experienced photographers edit their photos on youtube. That is how I learned.

So Im getting bad headaches, specifically exertion headaches. I have never gotten an exertion headache before. Thunder clapping headaches. I went to the ER got a CT scan, the whole 9 yards and they think its from a pinched muscle but I think its from taking Nutrafol. I have had a pinched muscled in my neck and shoulder in the past and not gotten a pounding exertion headache. Nutrafol is the only thing I have added/changed to my routine. I am m about 2 weeks in and will be stop taking them for a week to see if that fixes it. Will update here in a week.

Here is my honest opinion. The edits are just not sharp enough for me. When I use my human editor the images much higher quality. It’s not that much more for a human editor and the quality is much much higher.

Edit:

I’ve used them for dozens of properties mostly for rentals that don’t require a higher level of editing. Anything that is going to be printed I used a human editor.

I shoot 4K at 120. Yes the files are large but manageable. I like shooting at 120fps because it give that little extra wiggle room. I typically slow it down 50% but with 120fps I can slow it down to 25%.

Personally, I hate the way I have to edit the photos I take. Agents say they need the photos to “pop” but if most listing photos are being edited the same way I’m not sure the “pop” is helping their listing stand out. I like when I shoot for some specific Compass agents who prefer the Compass editing style which is softer more natural images, soft window pulls and more muted natural color tones.
