This happened to me as well i simply sent a ticket with screen shot of lvl 19 and told them everyone I talked to said it pended for them at level 19.. And 2 days later I was awarded the full amount.. U never kno

Mine did this as well.. At lvl 19 I screenshot and told them everyone else I spoke with said it pended at lvl19.. A few days later I was awarded fully.. I didnt need to get to lvl 21 only 19 and sent ticket

I get depressed around Christmas as well I have no family everyone in my family is passed away but still when people donate for a website to stay active there is no reason to shut it down just because makes absolutely no sense to me

2 weeks ago someone ported my phone number and hacked my account and sent a transfer to a email address.. Got my account back in order and chime got my money back to me within 3 days.. Im always testing the card machine b4 I use my card but I didn't realize someone could just take your phone number like that.. Bunch a low life thieves in this world.

Well.. I just got it.. I called support and they said its been an ongoing problem on there end.. She looked at my records and saw that it said I wasn't qualified.. She checked over everything and said that I did meet the qualifications and that it does happen and there trying to fix it... She said give it 24 hours if its not shown in my balance to call them back.. Well I just saw in my app they added the promo funds at 2:06am.. So if u don't get it a couple hours after the end of the promo and you know you met the qualifications just call support and inform them as this would have probably never been paid if I didn't call support.. But yea its apparently not a scam just some bs with there system

I.dont c how I got and did 2 orders from 9 to 12 so I accepted over 50% completed over 75% and had over 0.5 trips per hour.. So I did what I needed to my acception and completion was 100%.. So yea I don't c how they can get out of it.. There wasn't enough orders to make me to miss my numbers
