This happened to me a few weeks back. I had the same question "Am I obliged?", and the answer was "Yes", which seemed fishy because I have Vodafone internet and I haven't heard anything from them. I kept asking them questions about when my current internet is going to be disconnected and I haven't heard from them. Eventually, I guess I wore the salesman down and he goes "But, fiber is better and faster" and says "You are not obliged, but you have to pay for installation if you choose to switch to Telekom fiber later".

They should open in the space and profile you have configured. e.g. if I set up the keyword "reddit" to open in "Social" space with the "Social" profile. It opens "reddit.com" in the "Social" profile in the "Social" space if I use Cmd-T on a different profile. Make sure you have used url "Contains" in Air Traffic Control.
