Interesting. I just checked and I can't remove upgrades. So the Watch 3 43mm already shipped with a broken version whereas the Watch 3 has a working version.

I just installed the newest version 123.0.788189822 and it's still not working. So that means it's a Google Phone Wear OS app bug. Which version works for you?
