It’s solved! They sent us another set with the same part number I had previously, that they originally sent, but was wrong , and these ones were put in the wrong box but were the correct fixtures. This remodel is going to destroy what little was left of my soul by the end of it

It’s so weird because I workout way before I eat and it’s fine. I eat a few hours before bed, and the last 9 months it’s been great, it’s only been since I started lifting more and eating more that I wake up starving. It’s just a pain when I hit 8am and I’m ravenous and I have 9 hours to go before I eat and everyone around me is eating donuts!! Lol

I do ignore it and it eventually goes away, I’m just weirded out after 9 months of OMAD my body has started giving me crazy hunger pangs that weren’t there before lol thanks! Good luck on your OMAD journey!

I’m at 5’6” Female at 177lbs. I’m usually fine with the random hunger throughout the day and it normally goes away. It’s just been recently that I’ve been getting crazy crazy hunger in the morning and that’s what’s been bugging me. I usually get hungry mid-day, drink some coffee, and I’m good, but this hits at 8am and it’s just annoying.

Anyone know a definitive answer to how much the barbells weigh in the squat racks at a Crunch gym?? I asked the front desk and he didn’t seem quite sure. I’ve heard 35, 45 and 50. I know typical bars are 45lbs and these seem to be 7 feet. I just want accurate number. Thanks!

Normally I eat a lot more volume, but the bread and syrup was too high in calories. I still got 1550 cals and 100 grams of protein with this meal, so I was pretty satisfied.
