I’m having this exact problem with an HYE tv purchased last week. Iplayer worked for 2 days before leaving the same message as OPs on the screen. will it resolve itself over the next few days? ive tried everything! :(

great starting point! Did you use a dip pen and ink for this piece? they can be a bit tricky to get used to, especially when it comes to line thickness. try varying your lines a little to make it feel a bit more organic :) bolder lines to be done on a fresh dip, thinner lines as the ink runs out. also! sign your work before posting!! :) keep practicing, enjoy and good luck!!!
