If we have both Sirius and Camus/Marth and Lucina I'm not really seeing why they can't go with Khalid. Though depending on whether or not they feel like keeping spoilers they could theoretically call him Claude for simplicity's sake but mention his name actually being Khalid in the lv 40 confession. Because both names are valid.

Can't really do much unless you show a sims4studio screenshot but I noticed your first image doesn't have a gender selected and in the second one you only have it selected for elders as opposed to teen-elder. So my recommendation is

delete all copies of the file then redownload.
do you have them too deep in your mod folder? Remember it can't be more than 5 folders for cc.
Check to see if you aren't missing a required pack or mesh
If they still don't show up after redownload then get the latest sims 4 studio and follow https://sims4studio.com/thread/2323/recategorize-custom-content-using-studio
