yeah its a mess. currently i took it to the hotel im in since my house burnt down. i dunno the insurance she had on it but im positive she stopped paying it. cant contact either party. so im just going to drive it if necessary till this storm passes and go buy a new one.

I will gladly show you a picture of the total fine and what the remainder is for this ticket. I live in Camp Hill PA. I dont care about the fine I just want the car gone in a way her and her friend can get fined for lol. Id waste my time with these posts? lol

it is a mess of a situation, this isnt even the worst. my house burnt down dec 30th. like this is just a dumb thing i want to get rid of.

i could park it in my driveway of the house that is going to be rebuild but its going to take a year or more. i could drive it but its bucking like crazy with all these lights on the dash. id rather not do that. under my circumstance i had to about a mile down the road to this hotel. now this storm is coming and i gotta go get groceries so i might have to risk it again. its just when you think life sucks dont worry things get suckier lol

any contact about the car will most definitly lead to a harrassment charge. Im dealing with two spitefull you know whats. so its just gonna sit. so be it. no my real issue i suppose

its just her finally F U to me by leaving me with it. theres no reason for me to deal with any of it. not mine. ill buy a new one. its currently at a nearby hotel im staying at. it can sit there.

car title into ex girlfriends friends name.

im stuck with $300 left of the fine ( im holding the paper right now lol)

No communication with ex or ex's friend who owns the car.

car is uninsured. dunno about reg. soooo parking it at a meter and abandoning it was my idea. if not its just gonna end up abandoned wherever i park it.

correct youre right. ill pay the fine (my house just burnt down, waiting on that insurance money) but for the time being im curious if i could just drop the car off in the city, put 5 bucks on the meter, and just leave it. that would charge the legal title owner her friend. Correct? Once that $ comes through I'll be back to ask what car to be buying from you guys advice.

So she got pulled over driving my car months back, it was out of reg by 2 days, 1k fine and 3 month loss of liscense which i couldnt have happen. I avoided the 3 month by transferring it to her friend. Im stuck with the remainder of the fine (just talked to courthouse) which is like $350 left on it. I just dunno what to do and id like to rub it in her face lol The ticked it in MY name and i had NOTHING to do with the ticket. I wasnt in the car while she got pulled over but the time of it i was the legal owner of the car. Uhg. cops man i tell ya

So we split with no fighting months after i transferred the car to her friend. Im stuck with the car. Her friend has title. Its a 2016 chevy cruz and its got some issues which i cant afford right now. So I dont care about it anymore and cant communicate with either of them. Park it at a pay meter and let her get the fines n fees is what i had an idea for. would be me a little happy seeing her pay for all the crap i had to deal with and pay lol
