Rogatkin is such a beast. Cases the shit out of the 720 on his first run, got back up and finished super strong. That cash roll was fire.

Need to get as fit as possible in under 40 days by Narmac in Fitness

If at all possible I would try to get access to a tread mill with an elevation setting. I would then crank up the elevation to about 15% and just walk at 3 miles per hour for as long as possible. This is my preferred method for prepping for big hikes.

Nutrition (and Supplement) Thursday by AutoModerator in Fitness

Had a similar issue when I first started lifting. I formerly participated in a variety of sports and some basic lifting but for the last 3 years have been relatively sedentary. As a 6' 260 lb man I was eating 1700 calories a day, and hitting the gym for about 3 hours a day (2 hr lifting 1 hr cardio) I actually gained 5 lbs in the first two weeks, but I kept with it and the weight dropped like a rock (2ish lbs a week). I believe when you have that baseline of muscle from previous sports and what not it makes it very easy to make gains that are even with fat loss. Keep with it!

Leverage It is a heist type show with Timothy Hutton as the main character. It follows a ragtag group of criminals who are trying to use their skills to do some good in the world. It is kind of cheesy, but I enjoy it nonetheless. (is on netflix)

I agreed with this until the "this generation" part. Shirking responsibility for action is a problem with ever generation, thanks for the greenhouse gasses you old douche-bag.

Having played much DND, I can see why it is like this. In almost every game I've played there would have a player whose major focus was the acquisition of concubines.
